Company Policies
The following apply to all work performed.
- For work performed on a customer's site, there is a one hour labor minimum
charge.
- For remote support, a 1/2 hour minimum labor charge may apply.
- All hourly work is billed in 1/2 hour increments after the initial
labor/travel period.
- Travel time is billed, port-to-port Bowling Green,
Ohio at standard service hourly rates.
- Mileage charges are accessed based on band rating from Bowling Green, Ohio.
- Band 1 = 0 to 4 miles (local Bowling Green)
- Band 2 = 5-15 miles (local Wood County)
- Band 3 = 16-30 miles (Toledo, Lucas, and adjoining counties)
- Band 4 = Non adjoining counties
- Band 5+ is accessed as required beyond non adjoining counties
- Normal service hours are 9am to 6pm, Monday thru Friday unless
otherwise specified
- Saturdays are charged time and one half.
- Sundays and holidays are charged at double time.
- A minimum 4 hour charge may apply for emergency dispatch outside normal
service hours.
